Located next door to the North at 302 N First Ave is a quaint little venue owned by the Panida theater and used for very intimate events. We have rented this space out, hosted our own regional artist’s cozy concerts, and it is also home to our monthly collaboration we do with KRFY community radio where they broadcast a local musical act live from the the Little Theater Stage for an hour as a live audience attends for free. It’s even a wonderful place to hold a catered dinner! It is a warm and versatile space equipped with a small analog sound system, a projector and screen and a few LED light fixtures to set the mood.
The venue is separated into two fairly separate areas; the bar that is run by Panida Volunteers. or lobby with men and women’s bathrooms and an intimate “black box” theater space in the back through a curtain that can seat 80 people on the floor and up in the small balcony.
The theater space is convertible to standing room since the chairs are not permanent, with a standing room capacity of 91. It also has a small green room in the basement, that has stage door access if you go outside and enter the back door.
